What are the options of payment?

Payment can be made by Pix (Brazilian payment method) or credit card. After payment confirmation, we will send your order within 5 business days.
What is your return policy?

If you would like to exchange or return your order, no matter the reason, I'm here to help! You can request your book return within 7 (seven) days, from the date you received your product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. After this seven-day period, you can exchange your book within 30 days after the date of your purchase. Please contact me by email (julia.maria@atelieurucum.com.br) to talk about your order. I'm here to help you!
What is your shipping policy?

Shipping of physical products is carried out within 5 business days from the confirmation of payment. The books will be sent with the delivery method selected by you when purchasing your order. The amount of time to receive your order may vary depending on the customer's region. I will send the tracking code and I recommend that you check the status of your order.
